Finally, diet what you eat affects your body and its chemistry which can lead to outbreaks.

Treatment

There is a variety of ways to treat and prevent outbreaks of acne. For regular there is a wide selection of over the counter solutions that can provide relief and help to control the frequency and appearance of pimples, most of these products are medicated washes and soaps but some are gels, pads, and creams, which are applied directly to the skin.

Getting plenty of rest, drinking lots of water and making sure to eat properly with a balanced diet can do a long way as well to helping to prevent or diminish its appearance and frequency.
